The main subject of the 4<sup>th<\/sup> seminar was \u201cTransformation and acquisition of information from satellite radar observations, part II.\u201d. Four presentations were given:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u201cIntegrated monitoring of land deformation with use of InSAR, CRInSAR, GNSS and precise levelling.\u201d \u2013 phd Zbigniew Perski from Polish Geological Institute National Research Institute<\/li>\n<li>\u201cStudy of the effect of frequency and polarization of SAR satellite data on the accuracy of determining the extent and structure of the ice phenomena on rivers\u201d &#8211;
