The prototype was intended to be mounted on an aerial vehicle. The application of spectral-imaging systems for remote surveillance, such as from the airplane, is becoming a popular method in environmental research, risk detection and monitoring, spatial planning, economic and social undertakings and in emergency management.<br \/>\nWithin the proposed project research work and test flights will be carried out, and ultimately the development of a final prototype of a monitoring system based on imaging-spectral device. No successful effort has been made so far in Poland to develop this type of devices, and across the world there are only a few similar solutions; however, very different in many aspects from the proposed system.
